All-American Kids Fishing Derby

Saturday, June 4, 2011, 8:00 AM. 10th Annual All-American Kids Fishing Derby at Eagle Creek Park. Free fishing day--no license required--for first 400, ages 4-14, at Coffer Dam. Memorial Day Meetup

Help nurture and develop your child's growing friendships outside the classroom by scheduling weekend and evening play dates with the families in your child's class. Each week we will post activities around town and you can comment as to whether or not you will be there to meet up with other families. Not only will these activities strengthen your child's friendships, they may develop lasting friendships for the entire family.

The Early Childhood Meeting Place is an information clearinghouse of events and resources for Indiana's early childhood professionals and families of young children. You can find information about upcoming workshops and meetings, professional organizations and training resources, and community resources and information fact sheets for Hoosier families of young children.

I am excited for this site to be introduced as it combines two areas I am deeply passionate about: Children and Nutrition! I especially love the specialized pages for baby, toddler, gradeschooler and teen as there are specific recommendations for each age group.
